Are you used to dealing with the public over the phone?
Are you happy to cold call?
If you can answer yes to all three of there questions, then this is a great temporary role for you!
Our client needs some support until at least the 14th May 2021, based in their Brighton offices.
The main duties of the role are:
• Cold calling the public that have provided their details to be contacted for market research studies.
• You will be aiming to schedule people into a research event/discussion.
• Requesting they complete a survey with you over the phone.
• You must be polite, tenacious, and professional, while giving 100% customer service.
You will be trained and shown how to do this.
This client has a modern and comfortable office, they are a lovely team who support each other and have fun while working hard to help their clients reach research goals.
They are not a competitive team and have two office dogs!
