Do you have a background in delivering outstanding customer service whilst dealing with a range of complex queries?
If so, then we have a Technical Support Desk Advisor for you.
The hours are overnight on a shift pattern. There is weekend work occasionally. This role can be remote working, but you have to live within a commutable distance from our office for training and meetings.
The role is to support customers with telephony, Data and IT issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Handling complaints and complex queries
- Escalating issues
- Updating the CRM systems
- To diagnose, log action and follow through to resolution all faults
- Update your line manager on any outstanding faults
- Working to SLA’s
- Log tickets
