Salary: GBP24000 - GBP29000 per annum + with bonus on top

Are you a confident support / help desk coordinator?

Do you have a background in delivering outstanding customer service whilst dealing with a range of complex queries? 

If so, then we have a Technical Support Desk Advisor for you.

The hours are overnight on a shift pattern. There is weekend work occasionally. This role can be remote working, but you have to live within a commutable distance from our office for training and meetings. 

The role is to support customers with telephony, Data and IT issues

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers 
  • Handling complaints and complex queries
  • Escalating issues 
  • Updating the CRM systems
  • To diagnose, log action and follow through to resolution all faults
  • Update your line manager on any outstanding faults
  • Working to SLA’s
  • Log tickets
