Our client, an established specialist care provider, is recruiting for a Registered Manager to oversee an adult residential service supporting individuals with complex needs. What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing a motivated care team
  • Ensuring full CIW compliance and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Overseeing care planning and tracking positive outcomes for individuals supported
  • Managing service quality, staffing, safeguarding, and operational performance
  • Promoting independence, choice, dignity, and person-centred care
  • Driving continuous improvement across the service
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external professionals to deliver outstanding support

What you'll bring:

  • Proven leadership experience within a residential care setting
  • Strong understanding of learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex care
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality care
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good knowledge of CIW regulations, legislation, and best practice
  • A passion for empowering people to live lifestyles of their choosing

Required Qualifications:

  • Level 4 or Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards one
  • Relevant safeguarding and mandatory training certifications

Experience:

  • Experience managing residential services and care teams
  • Track record of maintaining compliance and driving service quality
  • Experience supporting adults with complex needs, learning disabilities, mental health needs, or acquired brain injuries
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating staff teams
