Customer Service Administrator (RL7092) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP0 - GBP20000 per annum

Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client based in Scarborough.

  • Inputting orders into the SAP system
  • Processing and checking details, resolving any queries or issues
  • Generating and sending order acknowledgements
  • Dealing with day-to-day enquiries received regarding a specific contract or product
  • Co-ordinating the delivery of each contract and notifying the customer of the delivery date
  • Respond promptly and effectively when problems arise, in-house or on-site to minimise disruption or delay


  • You MUST have strong admin skills with proven ability to use all Microsoft packages
  • You MUST be highly organised, efficient and focused with a positive attitude
  • You MUST be resourceful, a good problem solver and driven
  • You MUST be ale to learn new skills
  • IDEALLY you will come from a manufacturing background
