The Company;

A well-established manufacturing company based in Pickering with an excellent track record of providing top quality personal and professional service for their customers. Working with the highest levels of customer service for both externally and internally. 

Job Role;

  • First point of contact for customer service and telephone calls
  • Opening and closing files
  • Preparing quotations
  • Processing orders, including order acceptance, producing acknowledgements and starting the order paperwork
  • Running weekly reports
  • Running the production meeting
  • Processing credit card payments   
  • Inputting data to Jobs List (at first), Emax and Telemagic
  • Organising exhibitions
  • Working on various projects

Castle Business Support division are keen to work with or speak to anyone with previous Admin, Assistant Admin, Assistant Administration, Customer Service, Sales Administration and Account management backgrounds.
