The Role

The firm are seeking a corporate solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join their thriving corporate team.  You will advise clients in one of their flagship sectors: education, where they are nationally recognised as a market leader.

Working with independent schools, early years providers and senior leaders across the education landscape, you will handle high-profile matters, build trusted adviser relationships and enjoy a varied, rewarding caseload.

About You

You will be a commercially minded corporate lawyer who enjoys transactional work and delivering outstanding client service. Experience in the education sector is welcome but not essential. They are equally interested in lawyers who are eager to develop expertise in this area.

The role will suit anyone looking for a fresh culture in private practice or considering a return from an in-house position.
