Private Client – Solicitor/Associate

Top national firm seeks a Solicitor / Associate to join their busy Private Client department in Birmingham.

You will work both independently and part of a team, maintaining existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist and help develop new relationships with third party referrers.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include dealing with the following:

• Wills and probate
• Powers of attorney
• Estate administration
• Trusts
• Court of protection and deputyship
• Tax planning

You will work with high net worth individuals, acting for a range of clients including family business owners, landed estates, newly acquired wealth, private individuals with inherited wealth and Trustees of substantial trusts.
