Commercial Litigation – Birmingham

This national firm are expanding and seek an Associate or Senior Associate to join their Commercial Litigation team in Birmingham.

The team are consistently ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners and have considerable experience in resolving disputes across a wide range of industries and sectors.

Day to day responsibilities will involve dealing with a wide variety of dispute resolution work for commercial and corporate clients including:

• Contract disputes
• Professional negligence
• Banking
• Intellectual property
• Defamation
• Fraud
• Procurement
• Shareholder and partnership disputes

You will have your own caseload and the opportunity to support Partners and senior members of the team on more complex and large-scale claims.  Beyond your caseload, you will get involved in a range of business development activities.

You will ideally have between 4-8 years qualified experience within Commercial Litigation and be looking to build a career and develop a reputation within a national law firm.
