Commercial Property Solicitor – Worcester – hybrid working

Overview

This long established Worcester firm has a new opportunity for a commercial property solicitor with 0-6 years’ PQE.

The firm have a strong commercial presence across Worcestershire and is looking to expand its offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to work both independently and as part of a growing friendly team.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of commercial property related documentation including contracts, transfers, leases, licences to assign and rent deposit deeds 
• Preparing applications to the Land
• Dealing with transfers of land and property
• Dealing with the sale and purchase of land or other commercial property including freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered titles
• Attending to exchange of contracts and completion
• Dealing with post-completion matters
• Dealing with commercial lease matters
• From time to time, you may also be providing (limited) advice in relation to Stamp Duty Land Tax)
• Acting on behalf of a wide variety of existing clients and new clients

About you

• NQ-6 years’ PQE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
