Residential Conveyancer – Sheffield

This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer with 0-6 years’ experience to join this regional firm who have offices throughout the East Midlands, Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.

Joining a well respected Conveyancing Department, you will work in their expanding Sheffield office and run your own caseload.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with a caseload of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and new builds from inception to post completion
• Undertaking title checks and searches
• Drafting contracts, transfers, and other legal documents
• Providing exceptional client service and maintaining strong client relationships

You will have a proven track record of dealing with residential property work, strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team and independently.
