Corporate Solicitor – Worcester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Corporate Solicitor with NQ-3 PQE to join this regional firm in Worcester.  This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
• Providing support on corporate finance transactions
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Assisting with business development activities and client relationship management

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 0-3 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong academic background and excellent technical skills
• Experience in corporate law and transactions
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development

Day-to-Day

• Engaging in direct client interaction and providing high-quality legal advice
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients
• Managing a varied workload
• Continuing professional development through internal and external training opportunities
