Personal Injury Solicitor 3+ PQE – Nottingham

Long established Nottingham firm seeks a personal injury solicitor to join their busy and expanding team. You will have at least 3 years’ relevant experience to handle a large volume of new and existing EL/PL Portal and non-Portal claims from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Handling EL/PL claims from start to finish with minimal supervision, including litigated cases
• Dealing with predominantly fast track claims and some multi-track claims
• Maintaining and building on the team’s links with other teams in the firm

About you

• At least 3 years PQE in EL / PL claims
• Strong financial and commercial awareness
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Good client relationship skills
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Knowledge of The Personal Injury Protocol for Low Value Personal Injury (Employers Liability and Public Liability) Claims, The Pre-Action Protocol for Personal Injury Claims, The Civil Procedure Rules and The Damages Claims Portal
