Employment Solicitor

This is a new exciting vacancy for an employment solicitor to join this long established Northampton firm.

Working alongside a partner you will run your own employment caseload and assist on more complex matters. You can expect to be involved in:

• Restrictive covenants
• Redundancy advice for employers
• Unfair dismissal cases
• Settlement / compromise agreement
• Flexible working arrangements
• Service agreements
• Working time regulations

You will deal with both respondent and claimant clients and also be involved in marketing and business development.
