Residential Conveyancer 2+ PQE – Nottingham

Long established Nottingham firm seeks a residential conveyancer to join their busy and expanding team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a busy environment, providing the full range of residential conveyancing services.

Responsibilities

• Providing a bespoke, high-quality service
• Managing a high net worth residential conveyancing caseload
• Running and managing cases from initial instruction through to post-completion
• Contributing to the marketing and business development activity of the team and wider firm
• Acting for a diverse client base, which includes but is not limited to clients of high-net worth, business owners, agricultural clients, and sometimes clients that span across several generations of the same family.

About you

• At least 2 years’ PQE in residential property
• Good client relationship skills
• Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Keen attention to detail whilst also maintaining efficient progress
• Able to prioritise and manage numerous tasks
