Corporate Solicitor – Leicester / Hybrid Working

Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Corporate Solicitor to join this leading regional firm who are rated in the top tier of L500 for their work and ranked highly in the Best Companies to work for.

Based in Northampton, you will work on a broad range of corporate transactions including:

• Acting for a range of individuals, businesses, funders and investors on M&A transactions
• Joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and demergers
• Corporate governance and advisory work

You will also take a leading role in marketing and business development, manage client relationships and supervise junior solicitors.

Ideally you will have gained experience from a comparable corporate team and be looking for your next career move with a friendly and supportive firm.
