A new opportunity exists with this leading and expanding Hertfordshire practice for a private client solicitor with 2-6+ PQE.  The firm are recognised in the L500 throughout the South East and Home Counties and their private client team is also consistently recognised as tier 1 in legal directories.

The department

The team are specialists in the following areas:

• Protecting and managing wealth now and in the future through inheritance tax, estate planning and estate administration
• Lifetime planning, including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and professional deputyship services and the protection of vulnerable adults.
• Trusts
• The client base includes young professionals, celebrities, entrepreneurs, business owners and wealthy families in Hertfordshire, London and across the UK.

About you

• You will have a solid grounding and knowledge in private client and be looking for the next step in your career with a firm who are known for their training, supervision and development of fee earners.  You will be a strong team player and be able to demonstrate motivation and a positive attitude.  A private client specific accreditation or qualification such as STEP or SFE, or willingness to gain this would be ideal.
