Well established regional firm has a new vacancy in their busy private client department in Northampton.

Our client is a respected L500 rated firm with an excellent reputation and a supportive, friendly culture.

They have a vacancy for a private client solicitor to deal with the following:

• Dealing with administration of estates from start to finish.
• Drafting, preparation and attesting of Wills
• Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax and Tax Mitigation
• Drafting Trust documents
• Taking instructions and advising as necessary with regard to Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Drafting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Proven experience of business development
• SFE and STEP membership an advantage

You will be able to demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and keenness to progress.
