Overview

This leading regional firm seeks an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join their Employment team in Nottingham. Working as part of their national practice, you will advise a diverse client base on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, while contributing to the continued growth of the team.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on all aspects of employment law
• Managing employment tribunal claims, including advocacy where appropriate
• Supporting business development through networking, seminars, training and client events
• Contributing to articles, legal updates and thought leadership initiatives
• Mentoring junior colleagues and support team development

About You
You will have:

• Experience advising on a broad range of employment law matters
• Qualified Solicitor
• Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills
• Experience managing tribunal litigation
• A proactive approach to client development and networking
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
