Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Northampton/ Milton Keynes / Hybrid Working
Fantastic opportunity for a Senior Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join this leading regional firm who are rated in the top tier of L500 for their work and ranked highly in the Best Companies to work for.
The role can be based in either of their offices in Milton Keynes or Northampton and hybrid and flexible working is offer. You will join a friendly and supportive team and advise on a wide range of commercial disputes including:
- Company/shareholder disputes
- Warranty claims
- Professional negligence
- Contract disputes
- Agency disputes
- Director disputes
- Partnership disputes
You will also be responsible for:
- Raising brand awareness through appropriate social media channels, such as LinkedIn and X
- Taking a leading role in business development and marketing activities to win new work
- Generating work from client base contacts
- Managing all aspects of the client relationship
- Delegating to and supervising junior staff
