Overview
Leading Worcestershire firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join their Worcester team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
• Provide advice to clients on property purchase, sale, and associated matters
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties
• Draft and review contracts, transfer documents, and other legal paperwork
• Mentor junior team members
• Business development for the department

About you

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with conveyancing software and digital tools is an advantage
