Commercial Property Solicitor – Milton Keynes

Long established Buckinghamshire firm seeks a commercial property associate or senior associate to join their busy and expanding team.

With a growing client base the department is looking for a solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE. You will work for a wide range of clients across sectors including property development, drinks hospitality and leisure; property investors; retail; owner managed businesses and agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload as well as part of the team to support a growing client base
• Assisting on larger transactions
• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant matters including negotiating new and renewal leases, ancillary documentation, 1954 Act applications and advising on implications of documentation
• Infrastructure agreements
• Property related construction documentation

You will be able to demonstrate strong client care skills and be looking to join a friendly firm in a supportive and progressive working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deal with a portfolio of business-owning clients and HNW private clients.
