Employment NQ-3 – Ipswich

Our longstanding and award winning client is looking for Solicitor with 0-3 PQE to join their new Ipswich office.

Working alongside a partner, you will undertake a varied caseload and assist on more complex matters including:

• Advising employers on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Redundancy and restructuring
• Grievances and disciplinaries

About you

• 0-3 PQE in employment law
• Experience of managing contentious and non contentious employment matters
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Collaborative and proactive approach
• Willingness to contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
