Private Client Solicitor – Northampton

Highly regarded firm has a new opportunity for a Solicitor to join a busy Private Client team.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with a caseload of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts (including Declarations of Trust), Court of Protection Applications and Probate matters
• Dealing with cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision
• Assisting in the marketing and development of the department

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workloads in a calm and consistent manner
• Adherence to quality and work management systems
• Ability to build a good rapport with clients

You must be willing to undertake a Membership of Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners or SFE.
