Senior Residential Conveyancer

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join this leading commercial L500 rated firm.

Based in Northampton, this is a senior role to lead a small residential property team.  You will be involved in:

• Sales and purchases for both freehold and leasehold properties
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Part exchanges
• Supervising a team

Prior experience of dealing with plot sales is desirable but not essential.  You will have strong residential property background gained with a recognised residential practice and good knowledge of the CQS scheme.

You will have a professional proactive approach, strong client care skills and be involved in business development and marketing.
