Responsibilities

• Deal with commercial contracts, provide business law advice and support on data protection matters and intellectual property issues
• Deliver outsourced in-house legal service to a number of clients, giving you exposure to a wide range of industries
• Support senior lawyers with high value complex work
• Assist in managing client relationships

About you

• You will have experience in commercial contracts law, whether as a qualified lawyer or as a trainee.
• Strong client and interpersonal skills
