Employer and Industry Engagement Officer Western Sydney, Australia
About the role
The Employer and Industry Engagement Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Employment Service Providers, the community, employers, industry and other stakeholders, to promote Navitas Skilled Futures’ (NSF) programs and range of services.
The role is responsible for identifying and developing collaboration opportunities to optimise workplace experiences and employment prospects for clients and to deliver growth and expansion of the employment programs.
The person we seek will ideally have the following experience or skills:
- Familiarity with business environments in the education and the employment services sector
- Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and a willingness to work and collaborate with others
- A talent for creative thinking and problem-solving
