The Fit:
You will be a degree qualified in food science or similar.
The Job:
As QC Lab Analyst your main remit will be to supervise and ensure the right execution of physical and chemical analysis for raw material, semi-finished and finished goods, in order to guarantee the technological quality and the marketability of my client's products.
You will also supervise and ensure quality controls on incoming raw materials, packaging in accordance with guidelines, in order to avoid any quality related issue that could emerge once the goods are used on the production line.
