About the opportunity
Manage end to end all tender submissions, sales contracts and contract administration. You will be responsible for supporting and validating data, material, pricing, rebates and chargeback, and customer databases to ensure accurate and relevant data is efficiently provided to data users.
Perform analysis & reporting to provide customer insight to enhance the Sales and Marketing teams decisions. Maintain existing Contracts, Pricing and Sales Reports and design new reports to support the business as required.
Duties
- Collaborate with the business to plan, prepare and formulate tender submissions in accordance with business strategy and customer expectations
- Manage end to end contracts and contracts administration for the duration
- Maintain existing sales reports, design new reports as needed
- Manage pricing related reporting as well as communication to customers for pricing changes as well as chargeback and rebates
- Provide contract reporting to all relevant internal and external customer
- Maintain a general and comprehensive understanding of Material, Pricing, and Customer Database
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Tender & Contract management experience essential
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
- Systems savvy – experience using SAP, Oracle & pricing approval tools highly desirable
