Business Application Support Specialist (100%)
Work Location : Anywhere in Switzerland (w/ Home Office)

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2nd Level business application support to our Swiss Branches and Service Center;
  • Act as service manager for our business application as the point of reference for all changes and improvements;
  • Be an active team member of current and future Business and IT projects;
  • Contribute to internal application documentation & training;
  • Manage, maintain and update the company’s SharePoint site and Coordinate departmental communication.

Your Profile:

  • IT Training;
  • Interest in system processes & professional applications;
  • Ability to work in a team and/or independently, strong communication skills and customer oriented;
  • Good German, French and English language skills.
