Who You Will Be Working for

Large public sector organisation based in Scotland. The organisation is undergoing a significant amount of digital transformation, including a large Microsoft 365 rollout across a large number of end users.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Access Management Support Anlayst you will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving I.T. queries and problems mainly in Active Directory. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer experience and satisfaction, you will also be responsible for effectively communicating any I.T. issues and subsequently resolving the problem. You will be working in particular on the Microsoft 365 service desk dealing with queries around Microsoft products.

What They Are Looking For

  • Excellent Active Directory Experience 
  • Ability to demonstrate relevant I.T. experience
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information before acting on it
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Reasonable knowledge of Microsoft 365 Products e.g. Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.
