Our client is a leader in the field of Chemical Blending, Formulating, and Packaging. They operate a fast-paced production site, that involves production fill lines, machine operation, batching and blending of chemicals, packaging and storage solutions.

We currently have positions available for Chemical Formulators / Batch Operators to join this busy and growing team.

Duties Include:

• Raw material mixing of specified chemicals, liquids & granules
• Responsible for pumping products from mixing tanks to storage IBC's
• Ensure there is efficient workflow throughout the factory
• Assemble packaging and labels prior to batches being made
• Ensure the batch sheet instructions are followed
• Ensure work area is tidy at the end of each day and week and equipment is cleaned after use
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures as required

To be considered for this role, the following are essential:

• Current Forklift Licence (LF) & min 2 years experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with your team and management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated and use of initiative
• Physically fit for heavy lifting (up to 25kg)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment or chemical handling experience would be an advantage but not essential
