An established engineering and technical organisation specialising in energy and power systems is seeking a Technician to join its DC Systems and Cabinets production team in Campbellfield. This is a casual, ongoing position, working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

Assembly and Production
• Assemble, wire, terminate and test DC systems and cabinet components
• Fit off DC systems into racks ensuring consistent quality
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and work instructions
• Ensure all builds meet required quality and client specifications

Quality and Safety
• Complete work in line with Australian Standards and internal requirements
• Follow Workplace Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Complete required documentation including QA records and job paperwork
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Skills and Experience

• Experience in electrical assembly, cabinet building, DC systems or similar technical work
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience is a plus
• Experience with DC power systems, power supplies or electrical enclosures is beneficial
• Understanding of Australian electrical standards

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test
