We are currently seeking an experienced Experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start with our client in the waste management industry.

Temp to Perm

Occasional overtime and weekend work may be available

Morning shift: commencing 5am

Day shift rate:  $43.39/hr

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Operating mobile plant machinery: excavators and loaders
• Weighbridge operations
• Data logging and record keeping
• Lab sampling and testing
• Blending of materials in preparation for thermal treatment
• Handling of treated and residue materials including storage, testing, weighing and dispatch
• Reading and understanding drawings and diagrams
• Following site safety procedures and operational requirements
• Truck washing duties

We are looking for someone who is safety-focused, dependable, and ready to hit the ground running.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Current Excavator Ticket
• Previous excavator operating experience is mandatory
• Current Driver’s Licence
• Flexible to work morning and night shift
• Be reliable and physically fit

Desirable licences:

• Front End Loader ticket
• Forklift Licence (LF)
