Our client is one of Victoria’s leading Audio Visual companies based in Notting Hill, with a reputation for high quality equipment and service spanning over 25 years. They are proud to be the preferred supplier to a range of prominent Australian Corporations, the Education sector and many Government run organisations in Victoria.
They seek an experienced Sales Consultant, as the primary objective for this position you will be expected to drive sales growth in collaboration with the sales team.
Yours daily responsibilities will include:
- New business development including appointment setting, customer correspondence, visits, product demonstrations, follow up calls
- Account management activities ensuring customer satisfaction, cross selling other products and assisting with product installs
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- A strong understanding of new business development processes in the B2B area
- Strong communication [written & verbal] and interpersonal skills
- Maintaining close relationships with clients
- Passion and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Excellent time management and record keeping skills
- Computer literacy in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in Audio Visual industry or IT would be highly regarded
