About the Role
As a Junior Development Engineer, you will:
- Support the design and development of new heat exchanger products
- Contribute to thermodynamic and fluid‑dynamic analysis
- Assist with global product transfers and engineering changes
- Generate engineering data and support integration into global software tools
- Work with prototype builds and support early‑stage manufacturing improvements
- Participate in laboratory testing, data collection, and technical reporting
- Collaborate with global teams across Technology, NPI, PLM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
- Represent the technology function in customer‑facing technical discussions
- Manage your own workstreams and deliver to structured project timelines
What We’re Looking For
