About the Role

As a Junior Development Engineer, you will:

  • Support the design and development of new heat exchanger products
  • Contribute to thermodynamic and fluid‑dynamic analysis
  • Assist with global product transfers and engineering changes
  • Generate engineering data and support integration into global software tools
  • Work with prototype builds and support early‑stage manufacturing improvements
  • Participate in laboratory testing, data collection, and technical reporting
  • Collaborate with global teams across Technology, NPI, PLM, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
  • Represent the technology function in customer‑facing technical discussions
  • Manage your own workstreams and deliver to structured project timelines

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of heat exchangers
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
