Regional Sales Manager – South of England
Location: Guildford / Worthing / Chelmsford / Maidstone / Horsham
Salary: £55,000–£65,000 + bonuses | Permanent, Full-Time | Travel Required

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop Depot Managers and Territory Sales Managers to achieve regional targets
- Take ownership of regional sales performance, P&L, and GP delivery
- Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of depot teams
- Develop and execute sales plans to grow existing accounts and new business pipelines
- Strengthen brand awareness through local networking and market insight
- Collaborate with Marketing and Supplier teams to maximise commercial opportunities
- Prepare and present regional performance reports for senior leadership
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in sales and multi-site management (hire sector experience is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication abilities
- Negotiation skills and confidence to work on your own initiative
- IT competent and commercially minded
- Self-motivated, resilient, and flexible
