I am looking for a Brand Manager for a leading food and beverage distributor of specialist epicurean foods and wines. This person will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, making significant contribution towards building brand image and strengthening sales revenue for the Beverage division.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze how the brand is positioned in the market and targeted consumers insights
  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision and strategies to match up
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to “take action”
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
  • Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
  • Ensure effective & efficient utilization of advertising & promotion funds.
  • Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
  • Provide support for product launches and Trade Fair

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing or a related field
  • Good understanding and working experience in the hospitality / F&B industries
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix coupled with a sales mindset
  • Highly creative with ability to think out of box
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
  • Independent, Self-motivated, results-driven and ability to multi-task under tight
