Looking for a new challenge with a leading retail mall operator?

I am seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager in the retail sector for a leading real estate organization. Leading a team of Marcom Executives and Customer Service Associates, you will work closely with the various mall tenants, contractors, ad agencies, media and event companies to come up with fresh and creative campaigns/projects and events to increase shopper traffic and tenants’ GTO. You will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and planning of all advertising and promotional activities as well as manage the social and digital media platforms. You will enjoy engaging with the media and being involved in PR activities, and leverage on the strong relationships you have with the retailers, stakeholders and agencies. 

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• At least 6 - 7years’ experience working in a retail mall environment
• Experienced in managing a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creative, entrepreneurial spirit and motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
• Dynamic and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
