National Account Manager - Forecourts

National Account Manager - Forecourts (FP/ NAM) London, England

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP46000 per annum + Car/ Allowance + Bonus + pension

Key Tasks/Responsibilities

  • Building the Joint Business Plan in conjunction with the  Retail Partners in Forecourt sector 
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service and add value to both our and our Partner’s businesses.
  • Support locally the implementation of initiatives to improve product mix, customer foot-fall and basket size while improving loyalty and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales and service, Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised.
  • Support the resolution of commissioned operator bad debt management working in conjunction with the Credit Control function.
  • Involvement in cross functional projects as required.
  • Taking a proactive approach to personal development, account management and administration.
  • You need to have forecourt experience for this role

Financial Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top line wholesale sales revenue and net margin contribution in line with the budget.

Key Job Info:

  • This is predominantly a customer facing role.
  • Home based, but expectation would be at least ½ of total time spent with customers or head office collaborating internally.
  • One of the customers is a National Retail operator and as such National travel will be required, although the majority of stores are in the South of England.
  • National travel, and attendance at trade events will mean there will be a requirement to stay away from home overnight or attend evening events on behalf of the business.
  • Will have access to company car as part of role
