We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join an amazing company in the centre of York. With excellent transport links and various work patterns available, our client can provide you with security and flexibility.
Being the first point of contact for customers, some of your duties will consist of;
- Receiving inbound calls from customers to provide the appropriate guidance and advice needed
- Having an excellent product knowledge, being able to answer questions and overcome any objections
- Using a friendly, yet high-calibre of Customer Service, build a rapport with customers ensuring they are happy with the service given
- Input information onto a company CRM system with the appropriate information, ensuring you are fully compliant at all times
This will be working full-time Monday to Friday with 8 hours per day work patterns available between the hours of 8am-8pm.
