Client Resolution Manager (RL14517) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP21000 - GBP23000 per annum

Castle Business Support are looking for an experienced Client Resolution Manager to join a well-established property management firm based in the Scarborough North Yorkshire area with benefits such as Monday-Friday office working hours, no weekends and free car parking on site. Reporting to the Portfolio Operations Manager you are responsible for driving and improving the client experience, ensuring complex client issues are resolved. You will live and breathe the client experience, seeing everything through the eyes of the clients and helping the business deliver an outstanding service.


Some of the responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Taking ownership of complex client complaints and owning them to resolution
  • Identifying improvement ideas from our client complaints and refunds processes
  • Managing our refund process
  • Reviewing under-performing portfolios and working with clients on solutions for recovery and prosperity
  • Understanding and measuring our client satisfaction rating
  • Welcome calls to all new clients
  • Recording and reporting all KPI’s daily/weekly

 

This will be working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm earning a salary of £21,000-£23,000
