We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Telesales Executive to join a growing company based on the outskirts of York near Pocklington initially on a 3-month temporary basis. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced New Business Sales Executive to work independently creating new business opportunities for a new product line.
The successful Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Research the market and principle competitors to Identify potential clients, and their key decision-makers, generating new business leads
- Actively outbound calling to businesses selling a new product for the company
- Use appropriate sales and communication channels to make contact with prospects, building rapport and engaging clients over the phone and email
- Preparing proposals and sending them to clients
- Cross-selling, where appropriate
The ideal candidate will be:
- A self-starter able to dive in and work independently on the new line
- Confident in their ability to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Able to successfully build a database for new products
- Be immediately available for an interview and starting work
The role is predominantly office-based working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm with a 30-minute lunch break, however there may be opportunities to work from home depending on the individual.
The salary will be negotiable dependant on the individual.
There may be opportunities for the role to turn permanent depending on the success of a new line within the first 3 months.
