We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a financial services company based in the Scarborough area. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience and be a highly motivated worker who likes to achieve targets without losing site of the customers experience.

Some of the Business Development Executive duties will consist of:

• Working as a key part of the sales team
• Speak with clients, prospecting and developing new business leads
• Identify cross sell opportunities to convert business
• Having excellent product knowledge, able to overcome any objections or push-backs from potential customers
• Successfully deliver sales to new and existing customers
• Always deliver excellent customer service
• Complete sufficient paperwork, ensuring compliance

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic person, who is keen to develop their sales career further. A proven background in sales is essential, with financial services/insurance experience being desirable.

This will be working Monday to Friday earning a salary of at or around £25,000.
