Personal Assistant and Office Administrator (RL14734) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP20000 - GBP22000 per annum

We have an opportunity for a PA and strong Administrator to join a well-established family run business in the Scarborough area on a Fixed Term Contract for 9-12 Months.

You will be working in a fast-paced office environment and to be successful in this role you will have previous PA experience of assisting at director level, strong administration skills and be able to support the Managing Director with efficiency of their schedule and day-to-day duties.

You should be organised, have strong IT skills, be able to multitask and work to deadlines.

Other duties would be:

  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and appointments.
  • Arranging and setting appointments
  • Organising events
  • Preparing of reports and presentations
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers and clients
  • Answering and fielding calls, directing them to relevant departments
  • Monitoring email inboxes

 

This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday role, earning a salary of between £20,000-£22,000.
