We have an excellent part time (30 hours per week) and full time (37.5 hours Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5pm) opportunity for an Engagement and Well-being Co-ordinator to join our client's team, who are passionate about their staff and their well being and development.

Within the role, the Engagement and Well-being Co-ordinator will be responsible for:

  • All aspects of employee engagement and well-being through development and implementation of internal communication activities and events.
  • Excellent team work and relationship building when working effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
  • The ability to think creatively, responding to business activities and seeking opportunities to maximise colleague engagement. 
  • You will be expected to actively contribute ideas, influence decisions, and understand the business’s needs
  • Working in a fast paced, changing environment means that strong organisational and prioritising skills are required.
  • An engaging communicator, with a strong command of both written and verbal communication, suitable for all audiences, you’ll have great attention to detail and be able to utilise technologies to deliver creative and varied communications initiatives.
  • Responsible for charitable fundraising, the company volunteering programme and community fund, therefore maintaining exisiting and building new partnerships with external stakeholders in the business and local community is essential, as well as being a brand ambassador in the community and raising brand awareness for the company
  • Producing interesting and informative newsletters, intranet content and any other internal staff communications
