We have an opportunity for a Social Programmes Manager to join a warm, friendly and empathetic office environment. Our client is within the Construction sector and based in Scarborough North Yorkshire. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a ten-year programme that will support the social and economic development of the project area and wider region. You will have previous experience in developing and delivering social and economic development projects and programmes and excellent communication, written and presentation skills.
Key accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the project’s social and economic development (SED) programme.
- Monitor, review and report on the progress of the SED programme against the stretch goals
- Engage proactively and work collaboratively with a range of external stakeholders from the public, private and voluntary sectors.
- Build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders and the wider group
- Assist the wider work of the External Affairs team as required.
This will be working full-time Monday to Friday with 8 hours per day work patterns available between the hours of 8.30am-5.00pm or 9.00-5.30pm, earning a salary (dependant on experience) between £40-45,000.
A full UK driving licence is required for this role
