Returns Administrator

Returns Administrator (RL8823) Scarborough, England

Salary: GBP6.5 - GBP8.72 per hour

We are recruiting for a team of Administrators to support a Retail client based in the Scarborough area. You will be working within the Returns department, reporting to the Returns Supervisor and Customer Service Manager.

This is a temporary ongoing role to start in November and could possibly continue until the end of January to support over the Christmas and New year period, therefore we need candidates who can commit to the duration of the temporary contract.

Some of the Returns Administrator duties will consist of:

  • To take delivery of returned parcels and open each one
  • To quality check every returned garment
  • To steam, fold and repackage returned garments to a high standard for resale
  • To ensure the items are returned and scanned away in the correct location
  • To collate the returns paperwork and categorise for processing
  • To complete other duties as and when required

You must be a motivated individual who takes pride in their work & enjoys applying a high level of detail to any task undertaken. The department runs as a small team so you must have the ability to work as part of a team or individually.

This will be working 40 hours per week either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, including weekends on a rota basis (You will be fixed on one of the shifts). Weekends include working either a Saturday or a Sunday, 9.00am-5.00pm or 10.00am-6.00pm and you will receive a day off during the week.
