What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit top outside sales professionals through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Partner with Directors and Sr. Directors, presenting candidates and managing expectations.
- Manage the full recruiting cycle with a sense of urgency and precision.
- Work EST hours (meetings start at 8:30 AM EST).
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of full-desk recruiting (agency experience preferred, but corporate is fine).
- Strong sourcing skills and experience in direct outreach.
- Client-facing experience and ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
