you are required to manage end to end HR cycle, hands on with operational HR and srategic HR. The job focuses strongly in recruitment,policy and benefits, learning and development, Compensation and benefits as well as knowledge in the EPC/construction/engisneering business will be an added advantage.
Requirement
If you are from a Construction/Engineering/EPC industry is a MUST
An all rounder in HR and full hands-on ( strategic and operaional)
10+ years experience in HR field and willing to work at Penang
process driven and fully motivated and a strong background in HR Strategies
