- Monday – Thursday – 07:30 – 17:30
- Friday – 07:30 – 12:30
Salary: 28,000-32,000 p/a

The Company:
A well-established engineering company based in Leicestershire, are looking for a Manual Grinder to join their team. Supplying various industries locally and nationwide, the work is ever changing and very varied in its nature – from small scale, to large continuous projects. The company are looking to find a time-served Gear Cutter, to join their energetic and passionate team of engineering specialists.
The Role:
- Gear Cutting & Hobbing (Manual)
- Ability to work from engineering schematics/drawings
- Time served experience as a Manual Grinder
- Inspecting manually engineered parts – large element of quality control
Essential Skills:
- 5 Years minimum Manual Grinding experience
- Experience working with Fellows, 6 & 7 Gear Shaping Machines
- Keen eye for detail and precision – the right candidate will have extensive experience in cutting and hobbing Helical, Spur and Worm gears.
- Fettling gears to high company standard
